We are a Building Design and Drafting firm. We have over 30 years of building
design and construction management experience. As a husband and wife team Terry and Heather Smart
work together to provide you the construction documents you need to build.
Heather Smart is an E.I.T. with 20 years of building design, engineering, and
land development experience and she has been developing plans for custom homes, mid-rise multi-family,
spec homes and low rise commercial. Heather is equally comfortable working with Conventional Wood Frame Construction,
Light Gauge Steel, and Log.
Heather has an excellent ability to really listen and see the clients dream even if the client is not
sure how to put their dreams into words. Heather brings patience and calm to a sometimes tense situation while
working plans through the design and development stage.
Terry Smart brings you over 30 years of building, and on-site construction
and management to the firm. In addition, he provides design and building
information modeling using Autodesk's Revit Building Information Systems
software. His expertise in rendering and photography blends well into
providing color renderings and reproductions of hand renderings to assist
you in your marketing and documentation needs. Terry has expertise in
AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, as well a number of graphics, design and
analytical software packages.
